Also, be sure to check out the sudden flood of fan art in the art section. Some of them are old, and I forgot to put them up before (I'm a terrible person!!!) but there are a bunch of new ones too.

I think there's some kind of local law against Bokk ever being happy. Actually, this comic kind of creeps me out. It's just two people talking. There's no giant squids or dimensional anomalies or little floaty things or anything. It's kind of spooky!

One day late. I'm getting better about this. My hand started hurting really bad, so I had to delay it a bit. And I can't believe I used two Mario references in this one comic! Well, technically one is a Doki Doki Panic reference, so I guess that's not so bad.

Man though this comic took me forever to draw. Fancy clothes always take me longer, and everyone is all dressed up here. I do apologize for taking so long; I hope it was worth it.
The IRC channel flopped again, but that's to be expected, considering nobody reads this comic anymore. I remember back in the day, when I still had readers.. people doing fan art for me. But then I dropped off the planet for like A YEAR, so I guess I got what I deserve! Hoohah!

Some people have joined my forums and occasionally even post there! Yay! I was hoping for more, but I should take what I can get, considering nobody actually reads this comic anymore. HAPPY OKK DAY! FIVE YEARS WOW!
I've been meaning to change the site design for a while, and I've been asking a lot of people for help (lots of thanks to everybody, except for that jerk drfoppy.) In the end, I decided my old design had a certain personality that the others lacked, so I just changed it to make it less sucky. I hope you guys like grape flavor! I'm still working on it though, so some things might still be old or broken.
A friend of mine is working on setting up new forums, but it seems it's a bit tricky. I'll let you guys know when that's ready.

I've been wanting to redesign my website for a while, but I'm really stuck, specifically regarding the aesthetic aspect. You'd think I'd have some sense for it, being an art major. Being colourblind doesn't help though. I guess I'm asking for help. I GUESS.

I'm a little intimidated by the idea of trying to slip back into a weekly schedule after so long without drawing comics. So I'm going to take this one comic at a time, for now.

I was going to post two new comics today, but my new scanner which was sent to me to replace my previous scanner which broke has broke. I tried to use my old scanner that I was always complaining about, but the image quality was so poor I decided against posting them. I'm mad, so I'm doing site work.

I have a new comic I want to post, but my scanner broke down on me, and I cannot. I really don't know when I can get new comics to you again. I may have to resort Muffy's Adventures again.. *shudder* In good news, I rescanned a few older comics before the meltdown, which I've been sitting on until now. It's only the first seven comics, but the image quality of the earlier archives is so poor. I thought that I'd do something about it.

Wilkins and Cummings are really starting to creep me out. Every time I draw them I hate them a little more.
In other news, I've been feeling paranoid. I feel as though all the other art students look at me and say, "Oh, he draws those little comics..." and wonder how I could dare call myself an art major. Maybe it's because there's this one girl in my class who always looks at me with an expression that says, "What makes you think you can talk to me?" And maybe I'm projecting her on everyone else. I also imagine that I can feel bugs crawling on me.

I like this comic. But they've been taking longer to draw. Is my artwork getting better? Maybe I should turn up the 'suck' a little so I can be more productive. Anyway, based on the emails I received, I think it's safe to assume that my entire audience has died and that I'm comicking to a brick wall.

Another unexpected break.. So now my comics are further behind. I got caught up in the post-Christmas daze, then Jan term started. I also sprained my thumb. But I am still drawing the comic; I haven't given up on it. Though it is true, doing an online comic on a regular schedule, as a hobby, can be very difficult and draining. It's no wonder so many comics have such short lifespans. Anyway, it could be as much as a week before I get back to drawing regularly again, but I will. A week isn't really that long, is it?

What made me think a big empty panel would be funny? Anyway... Prof. Roanoke is a Mitmitsu, same species as Lady Ilyz, which is a kind of fae. He enjoys a little trouble now and then, and has no qualms with instigating it. Thus, students are running around invisible fairly frequently. That's one reason the girl's dorm is in a pocket dimension: restricted access. I have some new artwork and stuff, but haven't gotten around to posting it yet. Next time, Gadget.

Once again, the new comic will be late. For various reasons. There's the usual, depression, insomnia, crud like that. Also, I've been busy trying to make amends with JJ, author of The Lounge. Don't tell Jeff. He'd be mad at me. Lastly, the comic has actually been giving me trouble. This idea has been in writing for years now, but I'm having some difficulty translating it to comic format. We all know how badly I can screw that up!

It's a comic with a title so remarkably long that even the acronym is too much to type. Well, I'm mostly plugging it as way of affiliation, but it's actually pretty cool. It paradies Squaresoft games, which is a big plus. It also has nature pirates.

I had this crazy dream last night. I was a pirate, but I wasn't allowed to lie because of my fiance. Then I went to hell.. but since I turned down the power, it wans't hell, it was just really dirty, and everyone did drugs. Then everyone called me the devil. Anyway, this comic looks better on paper, cuz of my stupid scanner. Here's hoping on getting it fixed for good. I've also been having trouble making myself draw, but I've managed to get through it, more or less, thanks to my loving fans who gave their support.. all two of you. Been working on my new scanner, and the problem seems to be partially solved. Hope to get this stupid thing working. The company that made it has no tech support. Is that stupid or what? They have locations in Europe, China, and Taiwan, but their California branch doesn't seem to have a telephone. Their website doesn't help much either. I never trust a website though that has a section on "trobleshooting." Oh well.

Some things are more important than online comics. That's why this one is late. My new scanner is also giving me troubles. It seems that when I scan a rectangle (ie. a sheet of paper) the image ends up as a rectangle going fast. Half the image is also two dark. I think the scanner may have a lazy 'eye.'

I had a birthday yesterday. I'm gettin old... but I started going grey when I was 14.. and I always forgot where I put things. So anyway.. I've been asking for feedback and stuff, and no one responds, so I guess no one reads my comic.. and out of the few who do, none of them read the newsbox. So I guess I could write whatever I wanted here and no one would care. Eh.. maybe next week. I'm very disappointed in in my standing on the top sites lists, guys. On the Top 99 and List-o-Rama, my position hasn't changed at all.. and on Super 100, I went down! Not just a little, but 164 spots!

Yeah, you know what that look means. Fitcon coming up, by the way.. bah.. I never get to go to those things. Clevinger and Ian J. are both special guests. Have I ever mentioned that Ian Jones-Quartey is my hero? He inspired me to do online comics. I read RPG World and thought "I wanna be like this guy." (the artist, not the hero..) So I started painting my face dark.. but that just gave me a rash.. In other news.. I'm thinking of submitting something for a graphic novel contest. Anyone have any suggestions? Also, I want to go up higher on those three Top Comics lists down below.. so I've taken a hostage..

Uhg... took me four tries to scan this stupid comic... Oh well, it's done. Now, I hate to bring upon myself the wrath of Murphy, but the forum seems to be working again. I started a topic about this story arc, and I'd like input. Next up, email me with your character votes. Or else!!! Whew.. It's been a very long day. I was depressed much of it too. Nice thing about this serious story arc is that I don't have to be in a good mood to draw it! Yay! You should also check out Fanfare. It's about Rachel, and her life. I'M NOT DEAD!!!
THE SHORT STORY:
I'll have the new comic up as soon as I can.
THE LONG STORY:
Typical depression is at it again, but this time that isn't the only factor. I'm sorry to miss an update; I haven't in quite a while, but my computer hates me, you see. And rather than continue playing mind games with me, it's decided to launch an all-out offensive. The only thing left that I can do is to create a backup CD of everything important, and then hit the computer in the crotch with a bat. For months now it's been doing this to me. Seriously, if you think your computer sucks, you haven't seen anything. When my computer doesn't crash, I have to restart it. And that's only a small portion of the problem. But you know, it's not as if you're missing anything fantastic. This story arc sucks anyway. It's really stupid. You should go read comics that don't suck. At least some of them update regularly. I know people read my comic, and I know they enjoy it. What I don't know is why. But I'm sure that's just the depression. As if my computer wasn't giving me enough trouble, my brain is out to get me too. Eh.. whatever. I don't feel like drawing.

I've been a little depressed lately, my audience.. I just heard the horrible news about our beloved Mega Man... It's tragic. Forgive me for being a bit emotional, but I was raised on Mega Man. The Blue Bomber has been my hero since I was eight. Don't forget to vote on the chapter 3 popularity poll. The poll is going to be open for a shorter period of time than previous polls, so vote now before it's too late. In other new, I removed Big Ones from my comic link list. Since Dave Kelly doesn't do it any more, it really sucks.. I don't know why that makes a difference to me though. I don't like Dave Kelly much. He scares the children and causes distress to the elderly.

Happy Easter, yo.. Once again, no new comic. I hope you guys understand, I've been going through a rough period lately... These past few weeks have been hell and a half.. I haven't been this depressed since before I got medicated. Choir tour was long. I spent a half an hour in a podium until a friend coaxed me out with some swirly pudding. I miss Vegas. I feel like I belong there somehow. All the blinking lights.. it was seizurific. Anyway, hopefully I'll be back on my feet soon.. I really did try to draw this comic, but it just didn't work.

I was pretty vague last week about why there was no comic. Well, for those of you who don't read the forum, it didn't do a comic because of clinical depression with suicidal tendencies. Wouldn't know it, would you? For more information, read the new Witticisma comics. They're all late, but I actually updated! It's hard to do when you're having an anxiety attack! I'm leaving for a choir tour. We're hitting Nevada, but I plan on keeping my eyes closed in that state. I wouldn't want my comic to be tainted by reality. I drew a comic for this friday, and it should go up if autokeen loves me. I'll try to get drawing done when I'm on tour too. Keep on truckin', yo. Be back in a week.

Had a strange dream last night.. I dreamed that I impregnated a girl... and she gave birth to a rat. I was carrying the rat around, cuz I was its father, and my friends kept asking me why I was crrying this rat around.. I just told them it was my son... This dream is obviously a message trying to tell me something. I only recently correlated the dream with the current Okk storyline.

My eyes were killing me last night... had to finish the comic this morning... Incidentally, I've been doing this comic for several months now, and never in my life have I been to Nevada. I once took a vacation that touched every state adjacent to Nevada, but not Nevada itself.. and then there was the family vacation to Nevada.. which I conspicuously missed.. But fear not! I have done extensive research on the state of Nevada to ensure that this comic is as accurate a portrayal of life in Nevada as possible.

And so it goes. Hurrah, my first Monday comic. I'd be happier if I weren't a decomposing corpse. I think I'll eat some brains. That's my comfort food. In any event, staying at the home of my friend Lord Akis has affected my mind. It's on backwards now. I finally figured out how to use his scanner though, which is good. Okay, I'm going back to bed.

Today's comic is only 17:32 hours late! Hurrah! And you can blame my friend Lord Akis for that, because he forgot to remind me that it was Thursday yesterday! But you should also thank him, because he's forcing me to draw my comic twice a week. (He has a whip.)

Sometimes, when I stay up late drawing, I have dreams about my comics. I had the weirdest dream last night.... It wasn't about my comics, I just reminded myself of that... But anyway, my comics-dreams are pretty cool. I ought to stay up late drawing more often... I'd probably get more drawing done that way too... I need to draw more... I have a vacation coming up... I like cheese....

I have this cat... Right? Her name is Bags, and she follows me everywhere. It's weird... Like some kind of creepy stalker obsession or something... And she drags socks from all over the house and leaves them in my bed... She's a really weird cat. She had three litters of kittens directly on my lap.

You know, a funny thing happened to me on the way to the grocery store today... For the life of me, I can't remember what it was, but Oh MAN was it funny! Ha ha ha!! You should've been there! It was great! Hooboy!
